One of five drops: a cake with an edible AI print, a magazine with the prospect on the cover, a trophy, coffee or balloons. Always with a personal message and a QR code to a page that exists only for that recipient.

How do I know the box was opened?

Accepted Answer

Every scan of the QR code arrives in your client portal, time-stamped. Whoever scans has opened the box and is warm at that moment. You get a notification and call within the hour.

What’s on the outside?

Neutral cardboard with a teaser and a small Colddrop logo. Your brand only appears inside. Reception always sees a legible sender; the recipient gets the surprise.

What’s the minimum number of drops?

A first campaign starts from ten names. Want to know first whether your accounts have a trigger? Then start with the trigger scan. For the AI puzzle you send eleven boxes for ten people, one as a spare.

Who personalises the image and the text?

We do. You give us the name, job title and the reason you want to speak to that person. Our AI creates the image, and you approve it in your client portal before we print.
